YF is an environment for teenagers to get to know one another as they get to know God. Although YF is currently paused as we seek new leadership for the group, there are still opportunities for teenagers connected with the church family to spend time together.
For example, our Bible Class continues to meet each Sunday morning for those in post-primary school. Check the calendar for the details, or get in touch with Paul McKittrick for more information.
On Sunday mornings, before the church service, a group of older teenagers (15+) meet to spend time in God’s Word together. This small but faithful group have journeyed together for a number of years and have hugely benefited from spending time together under Paul McKittrick’s guidance.
If you would like more information please contact us or check the calendar for more details.
We have a wonderful privilege of communing with God in prayer, and so we wish to celebrate that regularly. We gather weekly for a time of Prayer on Wednesday evenings.
In our Life Groups we welcome one another into various homes around the area to enable us to encourage and support one another in a smaller environment.
Join some of the men from the church as they gather on a Saturday morning, every other month, as they gather for encouragement and a hearty breakfast.
Links is a monthly activity on a Friday evening for ladies of the church, and those from around the community, come together for craft, cake and chat.
The Children’s ministry at Gilnahirk Baptist Church has a goal to partner with parents to teach and lead children into a growing relationship with Jesus.
At GBC Youth, our aim is to equip young people with the Truths from the Bible to help them grow in their relationship with God and live for him in their world.
