Spurring On
We welcome one another in small groups to enable us to encourage and support one another in a smaller environment. In these meaningful times together we study God’s Word, pray together and share our encouragements and struggles – all so that we may, “spur one another on toward love and good deeds” (Hebrews 10:25).
The groups are currently taking a pause as we meet to pray each Wednesday evening, so look out for details of these groups starting up again in due course. If you’d like to be included in a group for the new term, please contact us below and we’ll do all we can to find a group to suit.

Prayer Meetings
We have a wonderful privilege of communing with God in prayer, and so we wish to celebrate that regularly. We gather weekly for a time of Prayer on Wednesday evenings.
Life Groups
In our Life Groups we welcome one another into various homes around the area to enable us to encourage and support one another in a smaller environment.
Men's Breakfast
Join some of the men from the church as they gather on a Saturday morning, every other month, as they gather for encouragement and a hearty breakfast.
Links
Links is a monthly activity on a Friday evening for ladies of the church, and those from around the community, come together for craft, cake and chat.
Children
The Children’s ministry at Gilnahirk Baptist Church has a goal to partner with parents to teach and lead children into a growing relationship with Jesus.
Youth
At GBC Youth, our aim is to equip young people with the Truths from the Bible to help them grow in their relationship with God and live for him in their world.
